Our Liquid Screed is made of 98% Recycled materials in its binder. It uses low energy as it starts off as existing waste products, which would have normally gone to a landfill.With our Liquid Screed, there is a reduced thickness and it has excellent thermal conductivity of approximately 30% over a sand and cement screed; which means it's more responsive, warms up quicker, gives a better control and in turn saves you money when using your heating system.In many cases a traditional 75mm deep sand and cement semi-dry screed is used in a general application; however this type of screed is less efficient. Further savings can also be made, from the initial purchase of the screed system. For example, when 35mm of insulation is laid, 40mm of Liquid Screed is poured, the total height bveing 75mm, as previously planned with normal sand and cement screed, the saving is made beacuse the purchase cost will be lower.

Our Liquid Screed is self compacting and fully encompasses the underfloor heating pipes with the elimination of voids which means a uniform heat transfer, maximising a thermal efficiency of the underfloor heating.Additional Benefits Of Our Lquid Screed Our Liquid Screed:
